A perfect example can be seen in this month’s Signature Dish, available in every Hastings Hotel property throughout August. Executive Head Chef Jay Eisenstadt’s Goat’s Cheese Bruschetta features beautifully roasted Drumbeg cherry tomatoes, sourced through North Down. While the tomatoes are grown by the expert team at Drumbeg, it is North Down’s Harry & Brian who make it possible for these exceptional local ingredients to reach our kitchens with the quality with which they were picked.
