Hastings Hotels is delighted to announce a new partnership with Hannan Meats.

Under the new agreement, all beef products served in each of our seven iconic hotels will be purchased from the Moira based company, one of the world’s leading, multi-award-winning meat suppliers. Hannan Meats has recently picked up 3 Stars at the Great Taste Awards 2018 for their burgers, one of the highest industry accolades that can be awarded.

At Hastings Hotels we are a passionate supporter of local suppliers and we have enjoyed a 20-year working relationship with Hannan Meats. Time and time again our guests compliment us on our choice of produce and we believe the difference really is in the taste.

Our Managing Director, Howard Hastings commented on the exclusive partnership agreement saying; ‘it is no secret that we only work with the very best local suppliers and have developed a fabulous relationship with Peter Hannan and his award-winning team over the years and have every confidence in the quality of their produce.’

So what can guests look forward to? Under the exclusive partnership, Hannan Meats will supply us with their Himalayan salt-aged beef, steaks, Sunday Roasts and Glenarm Shorthorn Burgers. In fact, the signature dish in the Seahorse Restaurant at the new Grand Central Hotel is Beef Wellington that is made to share.
