Develop Your Future in Hospitality
Are you dedicated to exceptional customer service and eager to invest in your personal and professional growth? Or perhaps you're a visionary leader seeking a new opportunity in the hospitality industry? At Hastings Hotels, Northern Ireland's premier hotel group, we have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Trainee Manager Programme.
In its sixth year, our programme offers a remarkable chance to launch a long-term career with a leading independent hotel group. We seek motivated individuals to become future leaders by providing practical experience, fast-track leadership training, and customised development opportunities across our six properties.
Over two years, you'll gain hands-on experience in various functional areas, cross-training, and continuous support towards your long-term career goals. Your personal development plan and performance will be reviewed after each rotation, culminating in becoming a future manager at Hastings.
Our Manager Ambassadors Programme (MAP) is a bespoke module-based programme designed exclusively for Hastings in partnership with Ulster University. Your mentor will guide you throughout, and upon successful completion, you'll receive a University Diploma.
