Chef Development Programme

First established back in 2013 in partnership with Belfast Met College. Hastings Chef Development Programme:-

• A development programme designed to facilitate the development of core and advanced culinary skills for Commis, Chef de Partie & Sous Chefs.

• A programme designed to develop the resource management and leadership skills of our chefs at all levels.

• A programme where training is delivered through a series of 1 day master classes/workshops with a very practical orientation and tailored to each specific chef role.

The programme is run annually and to date a total of 44 Hastings Chefs of various levels have successfully completed the training.
