Standard check-in time at the Culloden Estate & Spa is from15:00 onwards. To guarantee an early check-in, it is necessary to book the room the night prior. However, we can add an early arrival request to your reservation and your room will be prioritized, although this cannot be guaranteed. You are welcome to leave your luggage free of charge in our luggage store prior to your check-in and use the hotel facilities.
This service is subject to availability. Should you wish to retain your room after 11:00, please arrange with reception as early as possible. A £20 per hour fee will be applied to the final bill for any extra hours past the check-out time. If you wish to check out later than 16:00 a full night’s charge will be applied.

Our online cancellation is subject to terms and conditions of accommodation package reserved. In general, bookings made via our own website can be cancelled up to 24 hours prior arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable, non-transferable booking and any bookings made via a third-party site.

We have 3 x family rooms in total comprising of a super king-size bed and a single bed. We also have 2 x Duplex State Suites comprising of a king-size bed and 2 single beds. Some of our rooms can facilitate an additional rollaway bed in the room but please be advised that space will be restricted, and a supplement charge of £40 per night will be applied. We also have 3 interconnecting rooms.
Roll-away beds are available at a cost of £40 per bed, per night, subject to availability.
We have 3 fully wheelchair accessible double rooms with a full wet room, the beds in these rooms can also be made as a twin.
Yes, we provide a selection of teas and coffees in all of our rooms.
All rooms at the Culloden Estate & Spa have ironing boards and hairdryers. Iron & board is located in wardrobe and hairdryer is located in the drawer of the dresser.
Wi-Fi is available throughout the estate and in all bedrooms. The password can be found on your room key wallet and on information sheet in your welcome pack. Wi-Fi does not support downloading or higher band width requests.
Wi-Fi is available for the non-residents throughout the estate via Culloden Public Wi-Fi. A code must be obtained from reception.
Certainly, our concierge will safely store your luggage in the luggage store before check-in or after check-out. Please note that the Culloden Estate & Spa do not accept any liability for damage or loss to any property left unattended on the estate.
Our Lost Property Department is open daily 9am-5pm. The Lost property department can only be contacted between these times although collection arrangements can be made outside of these times. Any belongings not collected on the specified day of collection will be returned to lost property and an alternative collection date must be arranged. Please be advised that the charge for any postage costs will be incurred by the guest and payment must be made prior to items being returned.

The Culloden Estate & Spa offer various options for dining including fine dining at the Vespers Restaurant to get the ultimate dining experience or more casual option within the Cultra Inn our pub/bistro with great atmosphere and surroundings. Room Service is available 24 hours and the Lough Bar serves food between the hours of 11:00 to 19:00.
