Their chickens are 100% Northern Irish, reared on carefully managed farms across County Armagh. Animal welfare is a top priority of the team, with all birds raised in naturally ventilated, low-density housing, given high-quality feed, and monitored daily to ensure optimal conditions, allowing the chickens to have the space and conditions to grow and to thrive.
Rockvale is a BRC Grade A accredited supplier, meaning their processing and food safety standards meet the highest international benchmarks. Their facilities use cutting-edge technology to ensure traceability, freshness, and consistency, allowing the birds to be processed, packed, and distributed within 24 hours, guaranteeing exceptional freshness.
Earlier this month, our Executive Chefs and Food & Beverage team visited the Rockvale facility to see exactly where our chicken is coming from. Walking through the farms and production areas, it was clear that the team at Rockvale use their expertise to ensure the utmost care at every stage of the process. From biosecurity protocols to on-site quality control labs, Rockvale’s operation is built around delivering the very best.
