At Hastings Hotels, we love celebrating the best of Northern Ireland's flavours and craftsmanship. This March, we're excited to shine a spotlight on one of our most widely known local suppliers, Bushmills Whiskey, renowned both nationally and internationally. Distilled in the Old Bushmills Distillery, Bushmills Whiskey combines centuries of expertise with pure, local ingredients, standing proud on the world stage amongst the best whiskeys on the market.

It takes the spotlight this month as part of our signature dish, Irish Coffee Misu, created by our talented Chef Grace Dugan from Culloden Estate and Spa. Layers of coffee-soaked sponge and Bushmills Whiskey-infused cream, finished with a delicate dusting of cocoa, create the ultimate indulgence. Every bite reflects the care, skill, and local ingredients that make dining at Hastings Hotels so special.

We love creating experiences that bring the best of Northern Ireland to our guests. One of our most-loved touches time and time again is Bushmills Whiskey drizzled over our morning porridge. It's a simple, indulgent twist on a classic breakfast and a celebration of one of our region's finest products, and guests absolutely love it.

The relationships we build with local producers like Bushmills Distillers go beyond simply sourcing incredible products and ingredients, as we are dedicated to a genuine commitment in celebrating the heritage and craftsmanship that makes Northern Ireland such a remarkable place.
