What are the current operating procedures to deal with Covid 19?

WHAT TIME IS CHECK-IN AT STORMONT HOTEL?

Check-in is from 3pm onwards.

WHAT TIME IS CHECKOUT AT STORMONT HOTEL?

Checkout is at 11am.

CAN I ORGANISE AN EARLY CHECK-IN AT STORMONT HOTEL?

Guaranteed check in is 3pm however we can add an early arrival inventory to your reservation before 2pm for £20.

CAN I ORGANISE A LATE CHECKOUT FOR STORMONT HOTEL?

Yes, you can organise a late checkout for a fee of £20 before 2pm.

CAN I MAKE A SPECIAL REQUEST FOR MY STAY STORMONT HOTEL?

WHAT IS YOUR ONLINE CANCELLATION POLICY FOR THE STORMONT HOTEL

Our online cancellation is subject to terms and conditions of accommodation package reserved. In general, bookings made via our own website can be cancelled for free before 4pm the day before. This does not apply to non-refundable, non-transferable booking and any bookings made via a third party site.

HOW DO I MAKE RESERVATIONS FOR A LARGE GROUP AT THE STORMONT HOTEL

Please contact groups@stor.hastingshotels.com or phone 028 9065 1066 and ask for group reservations. For any special requests for large groups whilst they are here in the hotel, or for any arrangements for arrival or departure please state when contacting us.

DOES THE STORMONT HOTEL HAVE A CAR PARK ONSITE?

We offer complimentary car parking to all our guests

DO YOU HAVE DISABLED PARKING AVAILABLE AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

Yes

ARE THERE FAMILY OR INTERCONNECTING ROOMS AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

We have interconnecting rooms available to book, however we do not offer Family Rooms.

WHEELCHAIR FRIENDLY ROOMS STORMONT HOTEL?

Yes, we have multiple wheelchair friendly rooms available to book.

TEA/COFFEE MAKING FACILITIES IN THE ROOMS AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

Yes we have a selection of teas and coffees in all of our rooms. If there is a tea type which is not provided in the room, if a request is made, we can supply.

IRONING BOARD AND HAIRDRYERS IN THE GUESTROOMS AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

All of our rooms have ironing boards and hairdryers in the room. Ironing board located in wardrobe and hairdryer located in the drawer of the dresser.

IS WI-FI AVAILABLE IN YOUR GUESTROOMS AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

WiFi is available throughout the hotel and in all bedrooms. A password is obtainable from reception for Stormont Public WiFi. WiFi does not support downloading or higher band width requests.

DOES THE HOTEL SUPPLY COTS FOR BABIES AT STORMONT HOTEL?

Yes we have cots for children in the hotel but a request must be made prior to ensure sufficient availability.

CAN I LEAVE MY LUGGAGE AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

Certainly, we will safely store your luggage at reception before check in or after check out. *We do not accept any liability for damage or loss to any property whilst left on the property.

WHAT IF I HAVE FORGOTTEN AN ITEM AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

If you have forgotten anything while staying at Stormont Hotel please contact reception on 028 9065 1066 and report the missing item.

CAN THE STORMONT HOTEL ORGANISE AIRPORT TRANSFERS?

Yes, our staff will be happy to make any transport arrangement.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST BUS STATION TO THE STORMONT HOTEL?

A bus stop is situated directly opposite the Hotel main gate on the A2 for Belfast or for Bangor the Bus stop is situated to the right of the hotel main gate approximately 100 yards away.

WHERE IS THE NEAREST TRAIN STATION TO THE STORMONT HOTEL?

We are on the Glider route with regular Gliders and buses travelling on the Upper Newtownards Road. Bus stops are located outside Stormont Estate and Stormont Hotel. The nearest bus station is Belfast Lanyon Place.

IS WI-FI AVAILABLE IN THE STORMONT HOTEL?

Yes throughout the hotel via Stormont Public Wifi. A code must be obtained from reception.

ARE PETS PERMITTED IN THE STORMONT HOTEL?

Only guide dogs and other disability trained dogs are permitted.

ARE SMOKING ROOMS AVAILABLE AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

We do not have any smoking rooms due to the new smoking law – however we do have designated smoking areas outside the hotel.

WHAT ARE THE OPENING TIMES OF THE STORMONT HOTEL?

We are open 24 hours a day, with food served daily from 7am - 10pm.

DO YOU HAVE A GYM AT THE STORMONT HOTEL?

No, however please speak to reception and they will be able to advise of local gym facilities.
