The Grill Restaurant at the Everglades Hotel provides the ultimate experience in local culinary delights.

A favourite with locals in Derry-Londonderry, The Grill Restaurant is bistro dining at its best. 

Executive Head Chef Desmond Morris has created an exciting menu with dishes described as being “traditional with a twist”, traditionally favourite dishes like Scampi, Burgers, Irish pork fillet and Lamb have been modernised and elevated to not only enhance flavour but also the dining experience. Desmond and his team understand the importance of fresh, local ingredients and carefully create dishes with this in mind using only the best local suppliers and finest ingredients to maximise flavour.

Every dish is served with flair and consistency and it is this high standard that has contributed to the Everglades receiving a number of culinary awards and service accolades.

The Grill is open throughout the day with a number of dining options available, these include the a La Carte menu, table d'hote dining options, early bird menus and seasonal specials. With an extensive wine list there really is something to suit all tastes.

In light of the ever-changing situation with the Coronavirus, we will be running a reduced menu in our restaurant until further notice.
