What time is check-in/ check-out?

Check-in is 4pm, check-out is 11am. You can arrange an early check-in or late check-out by calling reception on 028 2858 1066.

Can I leave my luggage at the Hotel?

Yes, our Front Office team will be happy to keep your luggage in a secure area should you wish to leave your luggage prior to check in or on your day of departure.

Does the hotel have wheelchair friendly rooms?

Can you book family or interconnecting rooms?

Tea/coffee making facilities in the rooms?

Yes all of our Bedrooms have tea/coffee making facilities. We are proud to offer a range of Thompsons Finest Tea and Bewley’s blended coffee.

Is there wi-fi available in your guestrooms?

Yes, we have complimentary WiFi throughout the hotel in our Public Areas and Guest Bedrooms.

Does the hotel supply cots?

Yes, we can provide a travel cot for your bedroom on a complimentary basis. If you would like to add a travel cot to your reservation please contact our Reception Team on 028 28 581066 or by email

Are pets permitted in the hotel?

No, we currently have a no pet policy.

Are smoking rooms available at the hotel?

None of our rooms are smoking rooms, however we do have designated smoking areas in the hotel grounds.

Do you have a gym?

No, we do not have Gym facilities on the premises. Our Reception Team can provide information and directions to the nearby local gym’s and leisure facilities for guests.

Reservations for a large group

To make a reservation for a large group please contact our group reservations department by emailing or calling 028 9047 1066.

What is your cancellation policy?

For individual bookings there is a 24 hr cancellation policy, meaning Reservations must be cancelled by 4pm the day prior to arrival to avoid a full charge for the first nights stay. Please note all deposits are non refundable and non transferrable.

What if I have forgotten an item at the hotel?

Please contact our Reception Team on 028 28 581066 or by email who will check our Lost Property records for your item.

Can the hotel organise airport transfers?

Yes, please contact our Reception Team on 028 28 581066 or by email who will be happy to organise private airport transfers if requested or we can also recommend the most suitable means of transport for your journey.

Where is the nearest Railway Station to the hotel?

The nearest train station to hotel is Larne, which is approximately 10 minutes by bus or taxi from the hotel

Does the hotel have a car park onsite?

Yes, we have a car park with 70 spaces which is complimentary for residents.

Do you have disabled parking available?

Yes, we also have Disabled parking available at the front of the hotel.
