Duties

Duties: Candidates will be required to deliver treatments to required standards, of Espa and Hastings.  Applicants will also be required to carry out reception duties.  Must be a  team player who can motivate and lead by example.

Previous Experience: It is preferable if applicants have 1 years experience in Beauty.

Skills: They should also have excellent treatment standards with passion for holistic treatments.  

Qualifications: Ideally Applicants should be CIDESCO or CIBTAC qualified. 

NVQ Level 3 in Beauty is essential

Hours of Work: Hours of work are between the hours of 6.30am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday.

As the busiest time in the Spa is the weekends, applicants must be available at this time.

The number of Hours will depend on business levels

Duties

Duties:

• Ensuring that hotel bedrooms and bathrooms are ready for guests to arrive into, and servicing rooms for guests staying in house.

• Providing a high standard of cleaning e.g. vacuuming, dusting, polishing etc in line with four star service delivery requirements.
• Ensuring the cleanliness of some public areas is maintained.
• Working within a team to ensure exceptional customer service is provided.

Previous Experience:

• Previous relevant experience of cleaning to quality standards in a similar role within the hospitality industry is desirable.

Skills:

• Ability to work within a team.

• High standards of attention to detail.
• Strong  time management skills.
• Self motivated.

Qualifications:

• Educated to GCSE Level standard or equivalent is desirable.

Hours of Work:

• Casual working hours, as and when required.  The role will involve working early and late shifts, and evenings and weekends.

Duties: Working as part of the Housekeeping team your duties will include ensuring that all bedroom, bathrooms and corridors as well as the public areas are maintained to the highest standards.  To assist with the service of rooms so they are prepared for guests arrival and to ensure that all guests requirements are met.

Skills: The ideal candidate will have the highest personal and professional standards, with an eye for detail.  Must have a smart well groomed appearance.

Duties

Duties: 

Applicants will be responsible for making sure the public areas, back of house and service areas of the Resort & Spa are clean and presentable at all times.  They will be responsible for ensuring areas of the Spa are fully stocked.

They will prepare and replenish treatment rooms, ensure the pool deck and changing facilities are maintained at all time.

Hours of Work: Shifts and weekends are included. Casual Hours will depend on business.

Duties

Duties: Applicants will be responsible for the Supervision of the Spa Assistant Department to ensure duties are carried out.  They will also be in charge of making sure that the public areas, including the pool area, back of house and service areas of the Resort & Spa are clean, well maintained and presentable at all times and  report any maintenance issues to the Duty Manager. Applicants will also be responsible for making sure the treatment area is clean and replenished throughout the day. They will also be responsible for stocking of cleaning products

Previous Experience: Previous Supervisory experience is essential

Skills: Ideally applicants must have a good understanding of energy saving and  will be responsible for making sure pool tests and backwash’s are completed efficiently.

Hours of Work: Shifts and weekends are included. 35 hrs per week
