Guests can enjoy the culinary delights of the award winning Satchmo's Restaurant, which provides the ultimate experience in culinary delights with its inspired menus made with fresh local ingredients. The tastefully decorated dining room is one of the finest restaurants the City has to offer. The team of chefs prepare inspired dishes from only the very best of fresh local produce and there is an extensive a la carte menu available. The restaurant serves dinner 6.30pm to 9.30pm every day.

Or for a more informal bite to eat, why not try the friendly surroundings of the Library Bar, which offers light snacks throughout the day along with a range of cocktails and full bar service. Take time to enjoy the perfect pint of Guinness, relax, and sink into an armchair in front of a glowing fire. Open seven days a week 11am to 11.30pm and with food served 12.30pm to 9.15pm daily.

The Sunday Grand Buffet is served weekly for Sunday lunch from 12.30 – 2.30pm in the magnificent Grand Ballroom.
