Conference facilities at the 4 Star Europa Hotel are second to none and for business or pleasure there is nowhere better. From the Grand Ballroom to the purpose built Eurobusiness Centre, this is truly the province's best City Centre Business Centre. March 2008 will see the highly anticipated opening of the Exhibition Centre at the Europa Hotel. This new state of the art venue will be able to hold exhibitions, shows, meetings, indoor sporting events, wedding fairs and trade fairs. It offers 7,000 sqf/665sqm of floor space which is totally flexible for its varied uses and can hold between 40-50 exhibition stands. The Exhibition Centre will be self contained, with a separate entrance at ground level as well access from the hotel. There are also a total of 16 highly flexible conference and banqueting suites on offer, and the Grand Ballroom, one of the largest hotel function suites in Northern Ireland, is situated on the first floor of the hotel, and is suitable for large conferences, exhibitions, banquets, car launches, fashion shows and televised events. Vehicular access to the Grand Ballroom, via the car park located to the rear of the hotel, ensures the room is suitable for car launches. The Eurobusiness Centre is a suite of 9 purpose designed executive meeting and private dining suites, located on the second floor. Secretarial assistance is available on request for delegates.
