The purpose of the Trainee Manager Programme is to take highly motivated and determined people with a passion for the hospitality industry and develop them into first-class members of the Hastings Hotels Group Management Team.

To prepare, cook and present meals to the hotels standards and to the agreed cost levels, with emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy.

Assisting with the management of the Banqueting Department, for the greatest enjoyment of the guests and maximum profit contribution to the hotel. 

Serving beverages according to customer requirements, to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the bar area  in accordance with company procedures. To know the licensing laws and Customs & Excise Regulations.

Serving food & beverages according to customer requirements, to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the Coffee station and lobby  area  in accordance with company procedures.

To maintain the cleanliness and hygiene of all public areas within the hotel to the highest standard

and expectation.

Serving food & beverages according to customer requirements, to maintain the cleanliness and presentation of the restaurant  in accordance with company procedures.
