What time is check-in and check-out?

Check-in is at 3pm and check-out is at 11am.

Can I organise an early check-in?

Guaranteed check-in us at 3pm, however we can add an early arrival inventory to your reservation and your room will be prioritised, although this cannot be guaranteed. The only way to truly guarantee is to book the room the day prior.

Can I organise a late checkout?

This service is subject to availability. A £20 per extra hour fee will be applied to the final bill for any extra hours past the checkout time. If you wish to checkout later than 4pm a full nights charge will be applied.

Can I make a special request regarding my stay?

Please email marketing@eur.hastingshotels.com or guest@eur.hastingshotels.com or alternatively phone reception on 02890 271066 to arrange any special requests.

What is your online cancellation policy?

Our online cancellation is subject to terms and conditions of accommodation package reserved. In general, bookings made via our own website can be cancelled up to 4pm on the day of arrival. This does not apply to non-refundable, non-transferable booking and any bookings made via a third party site.

How do I make reservations for a large group?

Please contact groups@eur.hastingshotels.com or phone 02890 271066 and ask for group reservations. For any special requests for large groups whilst they are here in the hotel, please contact marketing@eur.hastingshotels.com and also for any arrangements for arrival or departure.

Can I leave my luggage at the Hotel?

Certainly, our concierge will safely store your luggage in the concierge store before check-in and after check-out? . * We do not accept any liability for damage or loss to any property whilst left on the property

What if I have forgotten an item at the hotel?

Our Lost Property Department is open daily 9am-5pm. The Lost property department can only be contacted between these times although collection arrangements can be made outside of these times. Any belongings not collected on the specified day of collection will be returned to lost property and an alternative collection date must be arranged. You can contact lost property on lostproperty@eur.hastingshotels.com or on 02890 271066 The charge for any postage costs will be incurred by the guest and payment must be made prior to items being returned.

Can the hotel organise airport transfers?

Yes, our concierge will be happy to make any transport arrangement. Fees apply

Where is the nearest Railway Station to the hotel?

Directly beside the hotel- access via Great Northern Mall- adjacent to the hotel. Great Victoria Station.

Where is the nearest Bus Station to the hotel?

Directly beside the hotel- access via Great Northern Mall-adjacent to the hotel. Buses to airports and surrounding Northern Ireland towns and villages. Inter City Bus stop outside the hotel. Europa Hotel is also a main pick up point for all the City & Bus Tours. Dublin Airport Express coaches depart from Europa Bus Centre beside the hotel.

Does the hotel have a car park onsite?

We offer an excellent Valet Parking service ( Residents Only ) at the hotel. This is charged at £16.00 and covers a full 24 hour period. McCausland Car Park situated on Grosvenor Road ( two minutes walk ) also offer discounted parking rates for our guests.

Do you have disabled parking available?

Please contact Concierge on arrival for advice or assistance.

Family or interconnecting rooms?

Yes, we do indeed. We have 14 x family rooms in total comprising of a super kingsize bed and a single bed. The room can facilitate a 2nd single bed in the room but clients must be advised that space will be restricted and a further supplement will be applied. We have 4 x Suites which have interconnecting guest rooms. The Suites are the only room type which will facilitate an interconnecting room. Suite comprises of separate living/dining area and 1 x super kingsize double bed. The interconnecting room comprises of a kingsize bed or a twin bed.

Does the hotel have wheelchair friendly rooms?

Yes we have 3 x fully disabled double rooms with full wet room wall mounted seats. We also have 4 x disabled ambulant double rooms which have wet room facilities. Seat in shower is free standing as opposed to wall mounted. For twin room capabilities we have 2 x twin rooms with shower only small lip, grab rails and 1 x twin room with shallow low rise bath and shower overhead and grab rails.

Tea/coffee making facilities in the guestrooms?

Yes we have a selection of teas and coffees in all of our rooms. If there is a tea type which is not provided in the room, if a request is made, we can supply.

Ironing board and hairdryers in the guestrooms?

All of our rooms have ironing boards and hairdryers in the room. Ironing board located in wardrobe and hairdryer located in the drawer of the dresser.

Is wi-fi available in the hotel?

Yes throughout the hotel via Europa Public Wfif. A code must be obtained from reception

Is there wi-fi available in your guestrooms?

Wifi is available throughout the hotel and in all bedrooms. A password is obtainable from reception for Europa Public Wifi. Wifi does not support downloading or higher band width requests.

Cots for babies/smaller children?

Yes we have cots for children in the hotel but a request must be made prior to ensure sufficient availability.

Are pets permitted in the hotel?

Yes- but notification must be made upon booking and pets must be fully trained.

Are smoking rooms available at the hotel?

We have 4 x smoking executive double rooms available. These must be requested at booking stage and only executive entry pricing can be booked.

What are the opening times of the Spa?

We do not have a Spa. Our sister hotel 5* Culloden Estate and Spa has full spa facilities. Approx 15 mins on a taxi

Do you have a gym?

We do not have gym facilities here at the hotel. Pure Gym, Adelaide Street is approx 5 mins walk from the hotel. We do not have affiliation and charges are made direct with the gym and not related to the hotel.
