We are currently seeking candidates for full-time positions to work as Food & Drink Waiters/Waitresses in the Culloden Estate & Spa. These roles will be based in our Crozier Bar or Mitre Restaurant departments. key duties include: Serving food and beverages to customers in line with five star service delivery requirements within our Crozier Bar and Mitre Restaurant departments; Working within a team to ensure the customer experience is exceptional and guests’ expectations are met; Ensuring customer areas are set up for service in line with requirements; preparing and dispensing beverages as requested by guests, maintaining high standards of presentation and maintaining cleanliness and service presentation at all times.Previous relevant food & beverage experience in a similar role is essential and candidates must be educated to GCSE Level standard with minimum GCSE Grade C passes in English and Math’s or equivalent. Senior Sous Chef - Europa Hotel
