The successful candidate will be working in a 5 star spa and will be responsible for the effective and professional management of the therapy area for the greatest enjoyment of the guests and the maximum profit contribution to the hotel.
The successful applicant will prepare, cook and present meals to the hotel’s standards and to the agreed cost levels, with emphasis on presentation, hygiene and economy.
To be fully conversant and comply with health, safety and hygiene regulations.
Applicants must have previous similar level pastry experience gained within a high quality catering operation.

Applicants for this position will be responsible for carrying out reception duties in the hotel’s busy computerised Front Office. Checking in and out guests, answering telephone queries and all other reception related duties. Must be dedicated to delivering excellent customer service.
Must have previous reception experience, ideally gained within a hotel.
Must be educated to GCSE level or equivalent with grades A-C in English and Maths.
Applicants must be computer literate, have excellent communication skills and a professional appearance.
This job is both demanding and varied requiring a person who can work accurately and with speed.
